• Payments, Cancellation and Refunds


    We have some acceptable methods of payment as mentioned in the website - View. All goods remain the property of the indianmarblehub.com until paid for in full. Money that remains outstanding by the due date may incur late payment until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

    Payments for special products (on order)

    Buyer needs to pay 30% of product price if he/she need any special products for initialization of manufacturing.


    If you need to cancel an order immediately (prior to it being shipped) please call us at +91-9460128887 or mail us at indianmarblehub@gmail.com with your order id, amount, product name and your details.


    What is indianmarlbe.com Replacement Guarantee?

    If you have received a Wrong or Defective product you can return it to get a replacement within 7 days of delivery, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery. Please contact us with a replacement request or raise an issue at the earliest. We will ship the product to buyer’s address or buyer can come to our office to take his/her products, the price will vary accordingly. If we are shipping the product, we will take the risk of any damage or any missing products till the product reaches buyer’s address.

    How to initiate request for replacement/cancellation and when will buyer get it?

    Once a replacement request is created and the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, we will initiate the return and send you an email detailing the returning process as well as provide details about the replacement. Kindly ensure proper packaging to avoid any damage during transit.(courier costs will be borne by buyer)

    Mention the Order Number/Delivery Address on the package, before sending the mail. Keep the Courier Company's receipt for tracking purposes. Once the product is received by us, and it is verified against your claim replacement or refund will be initiated.

    The Indianmarblehub.com reserves the right to cancel the return request, in the event of fraudulent and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products. Under such conditions, the request will not be entertained.

    For special products, buyer needs to inform before the manufacturing starts (within 1-2 days). If product is manufactured more than 30%, we are not able to refund the initial amount.

    Note: Cancellation process will only be initiated on receipt of damaged good. It might take us 2-3 days to initiate the refund after proper checking.
